Studio lighting setup #10, white background.

Thursday, September 3rd, 2009

Hey hey! This time I would like to present to your attention in my opinion very interesting studio lighting setup. This variant of light goes well with different photography types, it is very easy to set up and use. I don’t often use uniform illumination and I like when some parts of image are lighted up more or less than its other areas. Therefore and this time you will notice that the lower part of the model is lighted up more than her face. You will say: What the … ! But don’t hurry, it is done intentionally to stand out the face and focus your attention on the main element of the picture.  You will probably like to use this scheme, also when you remove fill light you can obtain more contrasting image, next time I will surely show it to you.   Stay tuned, cya! (Equipment : Canon 5D Mark II with Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L USM – Bowens Gemini 500).
